From 21st to 24th of October, SENSENE™ exhibited at EXPOdetergo in Milan, Italy, a flagship textile cleaning show that takes place only every 4 years.
This year, EXPOdetergo focussed on the topics: sustainability and green, ergonomic and digitalization, as well as sanitization and hygiene.
With around 160 exhibitors, all big players from the dry cleaning industry, but also the laundry industry, were exhibiting or visiting.
The exhibition was a great success for SENSENE™, with many visitors showing great interest in the stand and the products. Live interviews with several international SENSENE™ customers were also arranged so they could share their SENSENE™ experience with a live audience.

With the support of distribution partners like Büfa and Seitz - as well as machine manufacturers - Böwe, Firbimatic, Ilsa, Renzacci and Union– SENSENE™ had received great visibility at the show.
At a side event, the Trade association CINET handed out the Global Best Practice Awards (GBPA) 2022.
The Global Best Practices Awards 2022 showcased extraordinary professional laundry & dry cleaning cases around the globe. The 46 Participants from all over the world promoted key issues of Professional Textile Care, with special attention to new business models and new market opportunities after Corona, focusing on sustainability, hygiene, digitalization and innovation.
SENSENE was a sponsor for the GBPA event and had the opportunity to reward the sustainability award.
Five SENSENE™ customers (Jan’s Professional Dry Cleaners USA, Goldstück 24/7 Germany, Lavanderia Maxisecco Italy, Textilreinigung Ferenz Germany and Jeeves Dry Cleaning Indonesia) participated in the competition and were shortlisted – with Jan Barlow from Jan’s Professional Dry Cleaners winning the Overall Best Practise Award in RTC (Retail Textile Cleaning) category for small sized companies – our sincere congratulations!
